Since our founding in 1983 by Robert M. Kramer and Leslie H. Zuckerman, our firm has remained a constant in the ever-changing South Florida legal landscape. Built on a foundation of mutual respect, deep legal knowledge, and a shared passion for the law, we have grown thoughtfully over the decades. In 1994, Mitchell F. Green joined the firm, bringing with him a new dimension of legal expertise and further strengthening our capabilities across a broad range of practice areas. We have continued to add talented attorneys and expand our services while maintaining our independence and unwavering commitment to our clients.
Our new name reflects both our history and our future. While the name has changed, the core values that have defined us remain exactly the same.
